"May you have the courage to listen to the voice of desire that disturbs you when you have settled for something safe, for your soul senses the world that awaits you."

About Tracy Sanna

I received my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling with a focus on spiritually integrated psychotherapy from Loyola University Maryland. I began my career as a therapist at two different acute care facilities, helping teens and adults work through issues including substance abuse, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Since then, I have worked as an out-patient private practice therapist in Maryland. In addition to counseling, I find joy in teaching. I taught middle school and high school for ten years and currently teach undergraduate Psychology. I moved to San Diego from Baltimore, Maryland at the beginning of 2022 and deeply enjoy exploring the beauty of the west coast.

I believe that healing and transformation occur when we explore our felt experience. Emotion within the body holds the wisdom we have been seeking all along. Modern life, stress, grief, trauma, and fear create challenges to being with our felt experience. My hope is to hold the space and provide the tools for you to connect with blueprint for healing and change that is already within you.
