I’m Tracy Sanna, a licensed psychotherapist in Carlsbad, California. I provide a non-judgmental space for in-person and online therapy for adolescents and adults. I tailor each session to your unique needs, offering somatic therapy, EMDR Therapy, internal Family Systems, and equine assisted therapy.

I focus on your strengths and resilience to help you heal and discover yourself. Together, we’ll explore the challenges that brought you here and create meaningful change through compassion and curiosity.

Modern life, stress, grief, trauma, and fear can make it difficult to connect with your felt experience. I want to hold space for you and provide the tools to uncover the blueprint for healing and change that already exists within you. I’m here to support you as you move toward emotional well-being and lasting transformation.

My focus is therapy for adults and adolescents, working with late childhood, adolescents, and adults, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Sessions are available for online therapy and and in-person therapy in Carlsbad, CA, for your convenience.
