Traditional Psychotherapy: Talk Therapy

I offer traditional psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, as a foundational approach to help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. This method helps uncover the root causes of distress, often related to past experiences, trauma, or unresolved challenges. Through open dialogue, you’ll gain insights into your struggles, which is the first step toward healing and growth.

I use talk therapy as a baseline therapy, providing a space for you to build trust and understanding. Our conversations will focus on self-exploration, allowing you to uncover the beliefs, thought patterns, and emotional responses that shape your life. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes by developing healthier coping strategies and emotional resilience.

In my practice, I also integrate additional therapeutic modalities to complement talk therapy. I combine traditional therapy with techniques such as somatic therapy, mindfulness therapy, equine-assisted therapy, emdr, and parts work, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. This personalized approach helps address specific concerns like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or trauma, while supporting your overall emotional well-being.

Traditional psychotherapy is effective for many mental health concerns, and by tailoring our sessions, I can provide you with the most comprehensive care. With regular therapy, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of yourself, enhance emotional regulation, and gain valuable tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
